Where does Eco-pliant ship to? #
Eco-pliant ships to all 50 states within the United States. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and protocol, we are no longer shipping outside the country, including Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to begin shipping internationally soon. As soon as this changes, we will make an announcement via email.
How does Eco-pliant ship orders? #
Eco-pliant ships orders in a few ways, depending mostly on the size of the order, and also other factors including freight availability, individual carton cubic volume, and speed. We will always make our best effort to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Orders under 15 cases – Major carrier #
Orders under 15 cases will almost always ship via major carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). This is the quickest way to get these orders to you, on time with quality. There are a few exceptions to this rule, most likely due to the large size of some of our SKUs. Eco-pliant will have tracking information available for orders unless otherwise noted.
Orders over 15 cases – LTL #
Orders with at least 15 cases or more, will ship via LTL carrier. LTL stands for Less Than Truckload. Simply put, a freight company is scheduled to pick up goods on a pallet, and deliver to the customer within a matter of days. It’s a more efficient way to ship when dealing with larger orders. LTL shipments still receive tracking numbers and information.
Enterprise orders #
Eco-pliant utilizes our vast network of suppliers and factories to meet the needs of even the largest corporations. Whether its international sourcing, or domestically produced goods, chances are we can find what you are looking for. If you are a food retailer, arena/stadium, grocery store, regional/national restaurant chain, or other enterprise size business, we’d love to speak with you. Delivery and shipping would most likely entail a Full Truckload logistics program with Supplier Agreements put in place for both parties. We’re here to help you with a project of any size.
How can I get tracking information for my order? #
Tracking information will be provided as soon as it is available, and will be sent via email. If you need an update or want a team member to send your tracking information, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will it take to get my order? #
Our average order delivery speed is 1-2 days. Order ship time varies by carrier and shipping method. Orders placed before 11am will process and ship out same day. Orders placed after 11am will process and ship the next business day. Once an order ships, the time it takes to arrive will vary, depending on what warehouse your order ships from. Eco-pliant will ship your order from the closest available distribution hub.
Free shipping for Eco-pliant Members. #
Shipping for Eco-pliant members is 100% free. Once your Membership is enabled, the free shipping option will automatically be applied to your account. No action is necessary upon approval. If you are interested in becoming an Eco-pliant Member, please click here.
Non-member shipping. #
Eco-pliant may charge a fee for shipping for non-member customers. Shipping charges are based on current carrier rates and the shipping address zip code written in the zip code field at checkout.
